Tyson and His Daughter Tyson moved to England permanently form Australia in 2004. He started at The Chaser Inn as a barman and has had every promotion up to now which is the Manager of The Old Mill, he has two passions that motivate him: the stunning pub, with all the characters that come and go through it's doors, and his beautiful daughter Lily-May. |

Julia Tesoro Julia is Deputy Manager magnifique!!! Julia has been here since The Old Mill opened and has been one of the major contributors to it's continuing growth and success!!! A true star with the sensitive touch, she is the mother hen that keeps all us chooks out of trouble!!! |

Jack Puddifoot Jack is 23, and has been with us for just short of a year and is now one of our Assistant Managers. He has a degree in Environmental Science, and has just joined a local Cricket Team |
Catherine Bean Catherine has extensive experience in working in pubs and after only 14 months, is now an Assistant Manager. Along with her love of pubs, she enjoys horse riding and working with animals. |

Kim Pawsey Despite not quite being full time, Kim has now been made one of our key Supervisors due to her outstanding abilities!!! Always on her toes with her beautiful boy Joseph she is just as impressive moving around the pub on our busy nights!!! |

Ferenc Varga Ferenc is originally from Hungary, he took over the position of Head Chef in February 06 and hasn’t looked back!! He has been living in the U.K. and working for Whiting and Hammond for many years and is the driving force behind the success of our traditional british dishes! He has also traveled the world working on 6* cruise ships and in top hotels. His amazing dishes not only keep the staff happy, but customers alike!!! |

Giuseppe Tesoro Giuseppe nicknamed the Italian Stallion (mostly by his lovely wife, see above!) You can take a guess as to where he is from! He has been with The Old Mill since it opened and is our Junior Sous Chef. His passions outside of the kitchen are not surprisingly playing 5 a side football and his beloved Juventus!! |

Boby Cletus Boby is our Sous Chef, and is originally from India. Asian ans Middle East food is his passions, however, he has been working in English Pubs for a few years and has a great understanding of what our locals like. Our congratulations go to Boby, as his wife is expecting their first child. |
